"Art for Art's Sake", art is self-sufficient and need serve no moral or political purpose. The idea of this blog is to share my passion for art, from classic art as paintings to a new era of art where technology, art and society go together to create something new sometimes, not understandable and for this reason, artistic.

Memory
Dedicated to a special memory, to a special person. I know this is nothing, is just a way to say "Ti penso" .
Quote
Allen Ginsberg.
Thank you.
experiment
I know, I'm stock in the Pop Art culture and Rock n' Roll . What can I say, I just think they match each other perfectly. It's simply that one goes with the other one.
Yep, in this case, I really liked the effect of the andy warhol portray painting next to the cd's cover that remembered the artist's style (yep, it has been done on purpose, I guess...)

hiroshige "waves"
Here another example of wave. Actually, this painting made by Hiroshige, represent the japanese style that affected so greatly Gauguin's art and other artists of that time. There are some similarities between the two art works, the white of the foam, the black that underlined the moto of the wave and gives it power.
Of course, different artists, different art works.
